Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our quiet house Alpenmelodie in Neder, a district of Neustift.

The about 100 square meters large, bright and friendly apartment for 2-8 persons is not only for families but also for couples of all ages plenty of space to relax and unwind. It features 3 bright and comfortably furnished double rooms, each with shower and toilet, and a spacious kitchen, with comfortable sofa bed and satellite-TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, 4 hotplates, mini-oven, kettle, toaster and a cozy dining area invites you to get together with the whole family.

On the large balcony you can enjoy the sun at breakfast and the many paragliders, the start of our local mountain, the penalty watch in their flight. Or you can warm summer evenings with a glass of wine, while their children play in the garden with swings, sandbox or playing ball. Also, your children can get to know our animal co-inhabitants and like to help with feeding. Our 2 rabbits and 5 chickens make children's hearts beat faster.
In winter, a popular sledding hill is located right next to our house, where you comfortably from the balcony can keep an eye on your favorites forever.

The free ski bus to the Stubai glacier or in the other ski areas such as Elferlifte, Schlick 2000, or the Hochserles lifts in Mieders can be reached in a few minutes.

Parking for your car is in front of our house.
Enjoy fresh bread and pastries that you will be supplied on request directly to the front door.
